The Sociological Laboratory of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel was established in 1990 and employs qualified specialists in sociology, economics, psychology, philosophy, and political science.

The laboratory’s creative team has extensive experience in conducting practice-oriented research in various regions and workplaces, including:

  • Corporate culture, including the moral and psychological climate within enterprises;
  • Employee satisfaction with working conditions, social benefits, and cultural/sports activities;
  • Internal communication systems, professional development, career growth, and staff retention strategies;
  • Motivational models of employee behavior, attitudes toward labor and performance discipline, and health promotion;
  • Electoral behavior of employees;
  • Development of socio-psychological profiles based on testing;
  • Brand recognition and popularity of organizational trademarks.

The laboratory is open to considering client proposals for additional research topics.

  • Sociological study on the recognition and awareness of the "MAZ" trademark (commissioned by OJSC "Minsk Automobile Plant" – managing company of "BELAVTOMAZ" Holding, Contract No. 178/89115/320-21 dated 12.02.2021);
