Form of participation

• Full-time or part-time form of speech;
• The Presentation time – is up to 10 minutes.

For Conference Participants:

• Students, undergraduates, postgraduates, young scientists up to 35 years old can take part in the conference.
• To participate in the conference should send to the Organizing Committee of the forum materials of theses of the report on the e-mail: zapolski@gstu.by. And also fill out an electronic application by following an electronic link or scanning the QR code:.<
  
  
• No more than two reports within one section. are accepted from one speaker.
• Reports that do not meet the requirements for registration and are received by the organizing committee later than February 22 are not considered and will not be returned.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to reject reports that do not correspond to the topics of the conference.
• Submitted papers will pass a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
• The working languages of the conference will be Belarusian, Russian, and English.
• Costs related to in-person participation in the conference are at the expense of the participants or sending party.
• To make a decision on the inclusion of the report in the conference proceedings, it is necessary to provide the text of the report and the participant's map to the organizing committee by e-mail: zapolski@gstu.by.

The reports (up to 2 full A4 pages) will be published in a separate edition.
