Enrollment of students for studying on the full-time basis , placement of the University graduates. Development, modernization and efficient use of training and laboratory basis. Educational specialists skills upgrading. Organization and management of the educational process of training specialists with higher education of the daytime department, organization of educational and methodic work. Making available for training new specialities at the first stage of higher education. Control and regulation of the instructors’ teaching load. Control of preparation and conducting of centralized knowledge testing.
