On November 5, as part of the international partnership between the Belorusneft International Business Academy and the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel, a familiarization tour of a drilling rig was held at the International Well Control Training and Simulation Center.

The participants included graduate and master's students from China, Egypt, and Belarus. During the event, the young specialists learned about well construction processes and gained practical skills using the state-of-the-art DrillSim-5000 simulator, equipped with a cyber-powered driller's chair.

This equipment allows for the simulation of real-world production situations and the practice of actions in conditions as close as possible to those found in the field.
