On June 25, a meeting was held at Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel with Professor Vladimir Levchenko (Taizhou, PRC), Director of the International Institute for Advanced Materials and Coatings, which is co-organized by the university.

The meeting was also attended by Professor Wu Jianbo, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs. During the meeting, a broad range of cooperation areas was discussed.

In particular, the parties considered opportunities for postgraduate internships and outlined plans to expand academic exchange programs for master's and undergraduate students. Organizational matters were also addressed regarding the 3rd International Conference on Advanced Coating and Thin Film Technology 2025, which is scheduled to take place in Taizhou this November.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited the laboratories of the Faculty of Mechanical Technology and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
