On April 15, 2025, the second day of the International Startup Program "ERA Action," organized by the Faculty of Automated and Information Systems of GSTU, took place.

During the third educational day, the audience had the opportunity to hear from Sergey Rublevsky, Manager of the Ecosystem Development Department at Belagroprombank, and Roman Malakhov, owner of the company "RM Bike."

Sergey Ivanovich spoke on the topic of "Market Volume Assessment and Target Audience Identification." He discussed methods for evaluating market size, how to approach this as a startup, who the target audience of a project is, and how to identify them.

Roman Vyacheslavovich delivered a presentation titled "How to Become a Successful Young Entrepreneur." He shared his personal experience in building his own business, explained the fundamentals of entrepreneurship based on his journey, and provided several valuable tips. It is worth noting that the event was attended not only by representatives of GSTU but also by representatives of educational institutions, including those from engineering classes.
