The second educational day of the International Startup Program ERA Action
On April 11, 2025, the second day of the International Startup Program "ERA Action," organized by the Faculty of Automated and Information Systems of Sukhoi Gomel State Technical University, took place.
The goal of this educational program is to provide participants of the ERA GSTU event cycle with an understanding of what a startup is and how to build one, develop specific skills, and offer young people an opportunity for informal interaction with representatives from various economic sectors.
As part of the second educational day, the manager of the Ecosystem Development Department at Belagroprombank, Sergey Rublevsky, and the representative of the company "Liberty Trading" and the hosting service "Hosta.by," Andrey Shlykov, delivered speeches to the attendees.
Sergey Ivanovich discussed the topic "All About the Startup Team," highlighting the key points to consider when assembling a team for a project. Andrey Eduardovich spoke about the peculiarities of building startup projects related to cryptocurrencies and the specifics of working with them in the Republic of Belarus. The event concluded with information about the upcoming days of the "ERA Action" educational program.
The third educational day will feature the following presentations:
• "Market Volume Assessment, Work on Identifying the Target Audience" (Speaker: Sergey Rublevsky, manager of the Ecosystem Development Department at Belagroprombank)
• "How to Become a Young Entrepreneur: Key Nuances" (Speaker: Roman Vyacheslavovich Malakhov, owner of the company "RM Bike").
