On February 28, in the reading room of the library's periodicals section, students from groups AP-11 and TM-11 participated in the discussion titled "My Choice – A Life Without Drugs."
The event was held as part of the International Day against Drug Addiction and Drug Trafficking. During the event, the guys got acquainted with facts from the history of the origin of drugs, learned how to behave if you are offered a drug, how drugs act on the human body, the consequences of using drugs, and talked about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.
In conclusion, it was determined that to live, study, and work fully, one must resist harmful temptations and adopt a healthy lifestyle as the standard way of living. As part of the event, a warning exhibition was prepared, showcasing books, brochures, and illustrated materials on drug addiction, narcotics, and harmful habits.
