Culture and Science: Everything is Possible at Our University!
From January 22 to 24, 2025, the II International Scientific and Cultural Forum was held at Sukhoi State Technical University, bringing together representatives from 15 countries: Belarus, Yemen, Russia, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Iraq, Syria, Kazakhstan, China, Lebanon, Turkmenistan, India, Morocco, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.
The plenary session was opened by the Rector of our university, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Artur Vladimirovich Putsiata, who warmly welcomed the Forum’s participants. The Vice-Rector for Research of Taiz University (Republic of Yemen) also addressed the young scholars, wishing them success on their challenging yet fascinating journey into the world of scientific research.

The plenary session included engaging presentations, such as one by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Alla Bronislavovna Nevzorova, highlighting the landmarks of the Gomel region, as well as creative performances showcasing authentic Belarusian and Arabic traditions.

The Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of Taiz University, Ph.D. Marwan Farhan Saif Hassan Al-Kamali, shared insights into the educational and scientific activities of Taiz University. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of Sukhoi State Technical University moderated the Forum and told the audience about the activities of the association he headed.




Traditionally, after the end of the plenary session, there was a tasting of Slavic and Arabic dishes prepared by the guests and participants of the Forum. Additionally, Alla Bronislavovna Nevzorova, Head of the Department of Oil and Gas Development and Hydro-Pneumatic Automation, organized a discussion platform and a tour of the department's laboratories.
All participants had the opportunity to interact in a relaxed setting, establish new cultural and scientific connections, and also visit our university’s exhibition dedicated to Science Day on January 23.








After the cultural part, the scientific part also took place - in the form of a conference of young scientists, whose best reports were awarded the corresponding diplomas.
