On December 24, an online signing of a Cooperation Agreement took place between the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel and Zarqa University (Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan).

On behalf of the Sukhoi State Technical University, the meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs A.A. Boyko, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs G.V. Petrishin, Head of the International Relations Department N.L. Zhuravskaya and specialists V.V. Romanyuk and S.M.E. Elsherbini.
On behalf of Zarqa University, the President of the University, Professor Nidal Al Ramahi, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Director of International Cooperation and Public Relations Manager.
The parties discussed the possibilities of participation in international conferences of universities in the two countries. This Agreement opens up new opportunities for the implementation of joint educational, scientific and cultural projects. The Agreement provides for the exchange of students and teachers, joint research, organization of scientific conferences, seminars and summer schools. The signing of this Agreement is an important event in the development of the international activities of our university and will strengthen academic and cultural ties with Jordan.
