In accordance with the “Visiting Professor” program, from 10/21/2024 to 10/25/2024, a course of lectures was given on the topic “Security of Information Systems” in the discipline “Methods of Information Security” for students of the specialty 1-40 04 01 “Informatics and Programming Technologies” at the Department of Computer Science.

The lecturer was Moshak Nikolay Nikolaevich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, member of the Scientific Council for Informatization of St. Petersburg, member of the Educational and Methodological Council Information Systems and Technologies, operating within the structure of the Federal Educational Institution for the enlarged group of specialties and areas of higher education Informatics and Computer Engineering, Expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Enormous practical experience made it possible to provide not only theoretical information, but also to demonstrate the application of theory on real projects. In addition, lectures were held in the form of dialogue and students could get answers to their questions.
