Knowledge Day at GSTU
Every year on Knowledge Day, students fill the Polytechnic auditoriums to gain new knowledge. Timid first-year students who have gone through the school of young fighters and already "seasoned" senior students rush to lectures, share their impressions of the summer vacation and enthusiastically make new plans for the next 365 days.
On September 2, the doors to the boundless and amazing land of knowledge opened for first-year students of the university. On this day, students who were applicants only yesterday became part of a single student family - a close-knit, intelligent, forward-looking society that loves its country and homeland. The ceremonial line was opened and the newly-minted students were congratulated on this important day by the Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work, Alexander Valerievich Shapovalov.
On this day, first-year students were greeted and congratulated on the beginning of the academic year by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Rector of the University Artur Vladimirovich Putyato, vice-rectors and deans of all faculties.
We wish first-year students who are about to learn the basics of their future profession to follow their chosen path with dignity and maximum dedication, and to acquire the competencies and skills necessary to achieve their goals.
