On December 10, 2023, a meeting was held in Beijing (People's Republic of China) between representatives of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel and General Director of Nan Yan Technology.

Rector of the University Arthur V. Putsiata and General Director Liu Jizhong discussed the prospects for joint cooperation. At the meeting, the possibilities of implementing joint projects to create a European center for the international base of intelligent innovations "Belt and Road", the creation of a Center for training talented youth in the field of mechanical engineering, additive technologies, virtual reality, a smart tourism system, the creation of an exhibition center for 3D printers on the basis of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel, provision of recruiting services for recruiting foreign citizens for training and the possibility of implementing joint educational programs with Chinese colleges.

As a result of negotiations, the parties agreed to sign a cooperation agreement.
