On December 8, 2023, a delegation from the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel visited the Vocational and Technical College of Light Industry  in Baotou (PRC).

Rector of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel Arthur V. Putsiata . and the director of the college, Mr. Feng Yinhu, held negotiations on the possibilities of training college students in undergraduate and graduate educational programs at the the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel, and also determined a list of specialties in which interaction would be carried out and agreed to exchange university and college curricula for these specialties for their comparison and possible joint training.

Summing up the meeting, the leaders of the university and college came to the conclusion that the conclusion of a cooperation agreement would be the first step towards the beginning of interaction between educational institutions.
