On December 7, 2023, a meeting took place between the rector of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel Arthur V. Putsiata and President of the Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology (PRC) Han Yongquan. The parties presented educational programs, organization of the educational process and scientific research of universities. We held negotiations on the possibility of implementing a joint undergraduate and graduate educational program, and also discussed the prospects for joint activities within the framework of the current Cooperation Agreement.

As a result of the negotiations, the parties signed a Practical Action Plan ("Road Map") for 2024.
