On November 23, 2023, at the meeting of the second section, 27 reports were presented from Belarus, Russia, India, Yemen, Turkmenistan, dedicated to the current problems of developing a strategy for the development of materials and technologies in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, energy and electronics.

Among the speakers, the most interesting ones should be noted: Features of digitalization of well drilling (using the example of oil fields of the Pripyat trough) (Bocharov N.V.), Promising energy fuel based on peat saturated with petroleum products (Makeeva E.N.),Preparation of Al2O3 nanofibers by electrochemical method during the formation of porous anodic aluminum oxide (Marwan F. S. H. AlKamali), Modernization of the thermal circuit of PGU-450 with an increase in the thermal power of heating extractions and preservation of the total electrical power using a block afterburning device (Zverev L. O., Kazan). All speakers and participants in the general discussion organized at the section noted the potential opportunities for identifying further prospects for building technical and scientific potential in the presented areas.
