Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel maintains long-standing friendly relations with the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan (Mary). A graduate of the Department of Electricity Supply of our university, Matyakubov Amirkhan Allabergenovich, works at this institute.

As part of international cooperation between our university and the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, an exchange of lectures in video conferencing format was planned.

With the support of Vice Rector for Education and Instruction Aleksandr V. Sychou, with the participation of Deputy Dean of the Power Engineering Faculty Zhukovets S.G. and the head of the department of “Electricity” Dobrodey A.O. On November 16, 2023, the first lecture exchange event took place in a video conference format. Lectures were given to 4th year students of the Power Engineering Faculty by teachers from the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan.
