On September 23, 2023, negotiations were held at Kaili University (People's Republic of China) on additional conditions for the implementation of a joint educational program for bachelors in Information Engineering. Delegation of Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel got acquainted with the material and technical base of the Kaili University, visited the campus, educational and scientific laboratories, libraries and dormitories.

Rector of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel Arthur V. Putsiata noted that the exchange of experience in the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process and the possibilities of their application in the educational process of a joint educational program will allow developing opportunities for studying abroad within the framework of academic mobility and academic exchanges.
