On September 22, 2023, a meeting was held between the delegation of the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel, headed by the rector of the university Artur V. Putsiata. with the leadership of Kaili University (People's Republic of China) led by university president Zhao Shouying.

At the meeting were discussed the prospects for cooperation and joint training in the educational program “Information Engineering”. Each party presented the educational and scientific potential of the university.

After the parties agreed on the curriculum of the joint educational program for bachelors, the organization of the educational process and the financial mechanisms for the implementation of the program, a ceremony was held to sign the Agreement on the joint educational program for bachelors “Information Engineering” between the educational institution “Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel” and the institution higher education "Kylie University".

The development of partnerships with universities of the People's Republic of China will give impetus to the promotion of educational and scientific services GSTU, will intensify academic interaction and scientific partnership with higher educational institutions of the PRC.
