On May 24 and 25, 2023, sectional meetings of the Forum of Young Scientists were held at the St. Petersburg Mining University of Empress Catherine II, at which representatives of the scientific youth of the Sukhoi State Technical University in different sections spoke. Asvinova Polina, Yakovenko Valeria, master's student Elsherbini Salah and Jr. Marwan Al Kamali became prize-winners among the specialist. The winner of the section "Mechanical Engineering" was the master's student Fomenok Marina.
