Polish colleagues from Siedlce University delivering lecture on Bologna Process.
The Republic of Belarus officially joined the Bologna Process and the European Higher Education Area on May 14, 2015 during the Conference of Ministers of EHEA Countries and the Forum on Bologna Politics held in Yerevan, Armenia.
From year to year GSTU demonstrates openness and willingness to contact the colleagues from abroad. This is achieved not only by means of organizing the international conferences but also in the form of delivering lectures for students. This time our guests from Siedlce University of Natural Science and Humanities (Siedlce, Poland) – Prof. Adam Bobryk and Dr. Cezary Kalita – during their research stay at the Department of Social, Law and Humanities Subjects delivered an open lecture at our University.
Besides many students, the lecture was also attended by the Vice Rector for Education and Educative Work Dr. Prof. Viktor Kirienko and Associate Professor of the Department of Social, Law and Humanities Subjects Dr. Viktoria Boretskaya.
The students learned about the credit-module system of education and the credit transfer and accumulation system that are typical for the educational systems of the countries that joined the Bologna Process. The social and cultural trends that influence the development of education and educational systems were also discussed.
