How to Transfer to/be Reinstated at GSTU
The student wishing to transfer to the Sukhoi State Technical University has the possibility to be reinstated as a student to continue studies at the Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel.
To be reinstated as a student it is required to submit to the International Department personally or through the agent (or e-mail at interdep@gstu.by , gstu_oms@inbox.ru or fax at +375 232 40 16 57) the following documents
- Copy of the Passport (page with the photo and page with registration record)
- Copy of the student’s record book with the list of subjects studied (with academic hours) and marks received.
- Academic transcript if available (if the student has already got it) with the record of all subjects studied (with academic hours) and marks received.
It is also necessary to give contact information for further keeping in touch with the student (phone number or e-mail address).
Later after considering the documents submitted (within 2-3 days) the applicant for reinstatement will be informed by the officers of the International Department about his/her further steps.
If the student has not made the final choice of the specialty of further studying at the time of submitting the documents he/she will be offered after considering his/her documents most suitable specialities of the University.
